Coconut Grove
Premium Concrete Resurfacing Solutions for Homes in Coconut Grove
Professional Concrete Resurfacing Coconut Grove, Florida
In Coconut Grove, exterior concrete doesn’t just “age.” It breaks down under relentless sun, humidity, salt air, and daily exposure. Surfaces fade. Texture wears smooth. Stains set in. Areas around pools and shaded walkways begin to feel slick and neglected.
Our concrete resurfacing service was designed to restore worn concrete surfaces with a bonded overlay system designed for coastal South Florida conditions—improving traction, durability, and long-term usability.
Don’t Replace…Resurface!
Demolition isn’t always the answer. Most residential concrete remains structurally sound but suffers at the surface level. Our advanced resurfacing systems allow you to retain the foundation while installing a new finish engineered for heat, moisture, and heavy use.
Best-in-Class Slip Resistance for Coconut Grove Conditions
In Coconut Grove, constant humidity creates the ideal environment for mold, mildew, and algae growth on exterior concrete. Over time, that organic buildup can alter the surface profile of traditional slabs, reducing traction and increasing risk around pools, patios, and shaded walkways.
Long-Term Surface Protection
Creates a bonded protective layer that shields your existing slab from UV exposure, moisture, and surface breakdown.
Cooler Underfoot in Direct Sun
Our resurfacing systems are designed to reduce surface heat absorption compared to traditional slabs, making pool decks and patios more comfortable year-round.
Finishes That Fit Coconut Grove Homes
From clean, modern textures to slip-resistant rubber systems, we offer finish options that complement coastal architecture and outdoor living spaces.

I called them after another concrete company completely botched the job, leaving us with a deck that had exposed, sharp shellstones. It was so rough that it was not only impossible to walk on with bare feet, it was actually dangerous. I wish I was exaggerating, but I'm not.
After Eduardo took a look at this mess, he explained that they could grind away the rough surface and apply a new one. He gave us a number of options. We chose a spray-on colored concrete surface called Aggrekoat.
Eduardo's team showed up when they said they would. They let me know each day how the job was progressing and took the time to explain what they were doing. After they finished, they did a thorough job cleaning up. The deck turned out looking fantastic. They not only fixed the incompetent work of our previous contractor, they gave me a deck that should look great for many years.
I wish I had called Concrete Craft first. Don't make the same mistake I did!
